Be fully informed of the diagnosis and explanation of your condition.
Be provided with details of the planned treatment and surgical procedures recommended by our doctors, including the benefits, risks and possible side effects
Be entitled to participate in all decisions related to your care.
Be entitled to seek a second opinion with another doctor, within or outside the hospital.
Be entitled to refuse or discontinue the planned treatment, after being informed of the medical consequences of your decision and upon accepting responsibility for your decision.
Be entitled to be discharged against medical advice, after being informed of the medical consequences of your decision and upon accepting responsibility for your decision.
Be informed if the planned treatment and surgical procedures form part of a clinical trial that is experimental, and be entitled to accept or refuse participation.
Be entitled to exit from an experimental project anytime, subject to conditions stated in the written consent. Should you be invited to be part of a clinical trial, declining to participate in the project shall not compromise the level of care you receive.
Be entitled to provide your feedback, recommendations and/or complaints regarding the hospital and/or our staff without fear of reprisals.
